Our goal was to establish Falmouth Holiday Homes as the go-to choice for discerning travellers looking for authentic yet luxurious Falmouth stays, and to drive more direct bookings throughout the year, particularly during off-season and Christmas periods. To do that, we focused on building emotional resonance and clear value through storytelling, rather than reliance on heavy promotional messaging.

We began by shifting the social strategy from output volume to meaningful story value – moving from “luxury” as a label to “felt luxury” through moments, details, and lived experiences. Content is now created with saves, shares, DMs, and watch-time in mind, aligning with Instagram’s 2025 algorithm updates. Four refined pillars guide the narrative, highlighting local expertise, experiential coastal luxury, the unique character of each property, and the moments that define a great stay. SEO-style first lines and geotagging ensure Falmouth Holiday Homes surfaces in search and explore.

Alongside this, we’ve widened the brand’s reach by building partner-centred content with Falmouth businesses and micro-influencers – increasing visibility organically while reinforcing the brand’s rooted, local identity. Calls to action were refined too. Instead of direct “Book now” pushes, we’ve introduced value-first CTAs like downloadable guides, email capture points, and softer conversion tactics such as “Hold your dates,” helping guide potential guests from curiosity to loyalty in a way that feels natural and non-corporate.

As part of strengthening their digital ecosystem, we’ve expanded the work into paid marketing and email strategy. Meta ads now run alongside organic content, with always-on retargeting and seasonally timed campaigns that put character, experience, and location at the centre of each asset. Email newsletters have been redesigned to feel more like curated insider guides than promotional blasts, blending seasonal stories, property features, team knowledge, and warm, personal touchpoints that encourage repeat visits and long-term engagement.

Together, this combined approach has helped build a confident, consistent presence across channels – one that’s rooted in local expertise, elevated through storytelling, and supported by a more strategic digital marketing framework.
