When Roo’s Beach rebranded as R.Place, it marked a new era for the store – one that stayed true to its roots while opening the door to a broader audience and bolder creative expression. Our job? Make sure that transition landed.

We put together a three-phase social and content strategy that spanned pre-launch, launch week, and post-launch activity. At every stage, the aim was the same: drive engagement, get people talking, and reinforce the new brand direction.

First, we teased the change with behind-the-scenes shots, small visual cues (like signage updates and receipt rebrands), and playful countdown content that sparked curiosity and conversation. Launch week ramped things up with a flurry of in-the-moment content—from live videos to influencer visits, a brand reintroduction, and plenty of energy from the R.Place team.

Since then, we’ve kept the pace with regular reels and short-form video series like Roo Recommends and Joe’s Daily Threads, helping shape R.Place’s visual tone and personality. Monthly themes give the feed structure, while curated edits, UGC, and spotlight content highlight the community, the team, and the ever-changing shop floor.

After just one month, the results were already strong – engagement rate increased by 288% and impressions by 49%, plus views on reels hit +49k on Instagram.

From daily content to bigger brand campaigns, our ongoing work with R.Place is all about bringing the brand to life online, and making sure every post adds something worth stopping for.
