Saturdays at Palais are fast becoming a ritual we don’t want to miss. Last weekend, guest coffee guy Jonah Myer was behind the machine, serving up something special — a standout espresso from Origin Coffee Roasters and a filter roast from Copenhagen favourites La Cabra Coffee. Whether you were after a flat white or something more pour-over, the brews were on point.

Jess had been perfecting her crullers all week, and wow – nailed it. Think extra-light doughnut vibes with a glossy blackberry or coffee icing. Serious pastry joy.

Daisy and Alfie swung by too, because let’s be honest – no proper coffee morning is complete without a catch-up and a bit of goss.
